The Supervisory Board of PTV has approved the appointment of Michel Zweers as an Executive Board member and CFO of PTV AG. Zweers, responsible for Finance & Controlling, IT, HR, Legal & Compliance and Customer Service, now heads the company together with PTVâs CEO, Vincent Kobesen. After completing his degree in Business Administration at Amsterdam University, Michel Zweers held leadership positions in Finance at several organisations. Prior to joining PTV AG, he worked as an independent financial consultant. By strengthening its management structure, PTV also fosters sound cooperate growth.
