Open source image processing summer school

The SFPT, CNES and IGN/ENSG are organising their first summer school on satellite image processing using the free open source software Orfeo Tool Box (OTB) and MicMac. Three days of practical work are scheduled in the GNU/Linux environment (no prerequisites except the ability to adapt to command-line software), between 4 and 8 July.

The preliminary programme includes a theoretical presentation of photogrammetry and remote sensing, VHR optical imagery, GIS pre-processing, orientation of satellite images, computation of DSMs, and computation of deformation.
