exactEarth Ltd. has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Larus Technologies an Ottawa-based provider of adaptive learning and predictive analytics software. Under the Agreement, the two companies will work together to develop and market Big Data analytics-based software applications and information services for the global surveillance and intelligence markets. As part of the Agreement, exactEarth will gain an exclusive license to Larus’ Big Data analytics platform, Total::Insight™, for the Maritime market. Developed over 10 years, Total::Insight provides an advanced adaptive learning and Big Data analytics decision-support capability that has been deployed predominantly in the defence market.
