Eternix Ltd. has added a new 30-meter global digital-terrain web layer to Blaze Terraâs collection of instantly accessible web layers, available as of version 4.1 of the software. The new web layer, derived from NASAâs Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM), depicts nearly the entire surface of the earth in 3D with impressive 30-meter posting and comes to improve SRTMâs previous terrain data with merely 90-meter posting. The combination of high quality earth-encompassing DEM and Blaze Terraâs advanced 3D capabilities enables Blaze Terra users to perform precise terrain analysis at indiscriminate locations.
