BARTHAUER and the city of Sousse: joined by shared roots

Joint discussions about infrastructure management in Tunisia and Germany were held for the first time at the company headquarters of BARTHAUER. Anis Saad, Managing Director of Barthauer Software GmbH, welcomed Maher Amara, Deputy Director of the Construction Department in Braunschweig’s partner city of Sousse, and other municipal representatives. The six-member delegation that spent several days in the Lower Saxony metropolis visited the company headquarters of Barthauer Software GmbH. Aside from the cultural exchange, the focus was mainly on technical networking between the two sides. A detailed presentation of Barthauer Software GmbH’s business objectives and philosophy was followed quite quickly by a lively and constructive discussion about the optimum administration of municipal infrastructure data. With the help of extensive know-how accumulated by the BARTHAUER development team through decades of national and international expertise in the network information system field, a few starting points have now been defined for the future exchange with Tunisia. www.barthauer.de
