Racurs’ 19th International Scientific and Technical Conference will be held from 28 to 31 of October, 2019 in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The conference is organized by Racurs (Moscow, Russia), SI Imaging Services (Republic of Korea). Conference topics are: ERS Systems, Geospatial Technologies for Smart Cities, Multi-Agent Methods and Technologies of Spatial Data Acquisition, Satellite Imagery and Geodata for Education, International Cooperation and Export Technologies.
The culture of “pali-pali” (faster-faster) allowed South Korea to become a world technological leader in a short time. As a result, one of the world’s best cadastre and cartography application systems was created. In just twenty years, South Korea has changed paper maps to digital ones, weekly updating data about road infrastructure and construction.
