The framework is valued at approximately £100k per annum over its duration, and the initial five year agreement has the option to be extended for a further seven years. One of five consultants on the framework, WYG will provide a range of geospatial surveying services across the North West of England.
WYG’s team of highly skilled specialists will undertake the work, which includes land and engineering survey, utilities mapping, laser scanning, 3D modelling, confined space entry survey, LiDAR data capture, hydrographic survey and deformation monitoring.
Daniel Rogers, Associate, WYG, and Framework Manager, commented: “This is an excellent win for WYG and provides us the opportunity to further grow our Geospatial service provision within the UK. Despite strong cost competition, WYG proposed a cost-effective yet sustainable pricing model.”
Craig Hatch, Head of Asset Management, WYG, added: “This is another important framework win for our asset management discipline and one in which our Geospatial team has been patiently targeting and developing relationships to ensure success. We are looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship with this important client.”
