The Brand-new Online Tutorials of SuperGIS Desktop Are about to Release!

2017 has come. In this new year, Supergeo will not only keep making efforts to launch more state-of-the-art GIS products, such as SuperPad 10 and SuperSurv 10 but will also release a series of online tutorials and courses. That will help GIS users from different fields and levels understand the features of products and how to operate quickly.

In the past, the technical support team of Supergeo had already released many videos of different topics on our YouTube channel - “Supergeo TV”, which includes tutorials on various kinds of our core products, such as SuperGIS Server, SuperGIS Desktop, SuperSurv, and SuperPad. However, most of them are focused only on a single feature, which means we lack tutorials that can assist users to integrate different features to solve realistic problems. Meanwhile, those videos demonstrate the operation with the software of older version. There might be a gap between watching the courses and using the products.

In order to let users not familiar with GIS get the hang of SuperGIS software as soon as possible, the newly uploaded online courses will be designed by product team, aiming to meet the needs of different fields. The tutorials will demonstrate the procedures from data preparation to manipulation of different functions, and finally, to the presentation of final results. Topics such as optimal site selection, rainfall estimation in a watershed, and environmental impact assessment are planned to be filmed so far. More topics will be brought out in the future. In addition, Supergeo will review abd update the old videos thoroughly and also augment new videos for tutoring the Extensions of SuperGIS Desktop. All these videos will certainly help users understand how to operate the powerful functions of SuperGIS products.
