To help worldwide GIS users learn product information and download trials more rapidly, Supergeo, the Taiwan-based GIS software company, has recently changed its website to a brand-new design and moved to a more powerful hosting environment.
Just like the GIS websites built by SuperGIS Server 10, Supergeo’s new website uses responsive web design, which means the webpages will automatically detect the screen size of visitors and adjust its layout to fit them. For example, items on the navigation menu will be included to a single icon when the screen size is too narrow to show them all. Therefore, no matter what device you are using, you can always absorb the information on Supergeo’s website quickly.
Other than adopting new web design, the web hosting environment is also upgraded. The new server is hosted by one of the world’s largest cloud-computing providers so that the response time of every page is significantly decreased. Visitors now save 75% of loading time to get the contents they want, making the browsing experience smoother and more pleasant.
Moreover, Supergeo not only has unveiled its new global official website but also is keen to rebuild its website for Taiwanese users to provide a unified image. The scheduled time to launch this website is in the middle of Q1, 2018. Stay tuned for more news!
