Pix4D continues to advance its RTK-supported technologies with PIX4Dcatch, now offering compatibility with the latest GNSS receiver from Topcon Positioning Systems—the CR-H1. This collaboration reflects Pix4D’s commitment to supporting developments from its collaborators, delivering solutions that prioritize accuracy and precise georeferencing. The result is a compact tool for modern field workflows.

PIX4Dcatch runs on iPhone and iPad Pro devices with built-in LiDAR, which enhances data capture to create more accurate and detailed 3D models. Paired with Topcon’s new CR GNSS receiver, it records georeferenced data for high-precision results. The receiver and iPhone are secured to a custom mount, creating a lightweight, single-operator reality capture solution with survey-grade accuracy.
The CR-H1 is the first solution to emerge from the strategic collaboration between Topcon and Pix4D, initiated earlier this year. It highlights both companies’ shared focus on developing practical innovations that simplify accurate 3D data capture in the field.
