Glanville is under new ownership following a successful Management Buy Out, with the new management team ready to lead the business into 2020 and beyond.
Howard Gell and John Birch, who became shareholders in 2007, will continue and are joined by existing Directors Tim Foxall, Hylton George, John Hanlon and Andy Smith. The two retiring shareholders are Chris Edge and John French.
Howard Gell, Managing Director, said, “One of the things that sets Glanville apart is that many of the Directors and Owners over the years have come up through the ranks within Glanville and so completely understand the company and its values. This is true of the new owners and there will continue to be opportunities for our staff to progress in the same way the new shareholders have.”
Tim Foxall, Director of Transport and Highways, said’ “This is an exciting time in the construction industry and for Glanville as we position ourselves for growth. The new owners are committed to driving Glanville forwards, playing to our strengths as we seek out opportunities to work with new clients and on new projects.”
John Hanlon, Director of Civil Engineering, adds, “Having been in business for almost 50 years, Glanville has a professional team of experts across all disciplines that we want to invest in further as we grow. We recognise the value of our staff which is reflected in our ability to attract new recruits and train staff to a high level.”
