Do you want to start working with ArcGIS Pro, the Esri app used to create, manage, and share geographic maps, data, and analytical models?
The live training seminar Going Pro: ArcGIS Pro Essentials for ArcMap Users, which you can watch live on June 15, 2017, will help you transition from Esri's ArcMap application to ArcGIS Pro. During the free, one-hour live training seminar, you will learn ArcGIS Pro terminology and how to use the app's ribbon-based user interface.
The presenters will also introduce you to ArcGIS Pro mapping, editing, and geoprocessing workflows and explain how they differ from ArcMap workflows. ArcGIS Pro capabilities that will help you do your work faster will also be demonstrated.
After viewing the seminar, you will know how to use ArcGIS Pro to
- Import ArcMap map documents and 3D scenes into an ArcGIS Pro project.
- Update map symbology.
- Create layouts.
- Edit geospatial data quickly and easily.
- Find the geoprocessing tools you need to do different types of analysis.
- Add content from and share maps and layers to your organization's ArcGIS portal.
The seminar is geared toward current ArcMap users including geographic information system (GIS) analysts, technical leads, and managers, along with data editors, educators, and map designers.
