HERE appoints Peter Meier as Chief Financial Officer

Meier brings with him an extensive background in corporate finance and governance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations, strategic planning, M&A and risk management.

He joins HERE from Kuoni Group where until November 2015 he served as CEO and, prior to that, as CFO. Before Kuoni, he held a variety of senior management and leadership positions at Sulzer Ltd., including that of CFO. Meier holds a B.Sc. in Business Economics from University of Applied Science, School of Economics Zurich and an MBA from Graduate School of Business Administration (GSBA) Zurich and State University of New York (SUNY).
