HawkEye 360 Announces Initial Operational Capability of Cluster 11

HawkEye 360, the global providder of signals intelligence data and data analytics, announced that Cluster 11 has achieved Initial Operational Capability (IOC) just over one month after its successful launch.

This milestone advances the company’s constellation's capabilities, reinforcing proven track record of delivering expanded coverage and reliable RF data collection to support critical intelligence missions. By increasing global collections and providing timely, actionable insights, HawkEye 360 empowers defense, intelligence, and government customers with greater operational awareness and decision-making confidence.

Cluster 11 builds on the technological advancements of Clusters 9 and 10, featuring upgraded payloads that enhance data collection capacity. These improvements include expanded bandwidth and the ability to capture multi-band signals, setting a new standard for commercially available signals intelligence. Additionally, high-speed downlink transmitters have quadrupled data delivery speed, enabling HawkEye 360 to provide rapid, actionable insights that support critical decisions in defense, government, and commercial sectors.
