GTG International (GTGi) has secured a series of significant contract wins to deliver land seismic projects across Europe, encompassing both 2D and 3D seismic surveys.
To ensure the efficient and effective execution of these projects, GTGi has expanded its seismic sensor inventory by acquiring 30,000 STRYDE nodes.
STRYDE, the world’s leading provider of land nodal seismic technology, played a pivotal role in enabling GTGi to secure these contracts by providing the recording technology to acquire seismic data rapidly and cost-effectively. This partnership will empower GTGi to deliver high-quality seismic data essential for a range of energy exploration and decarbonization initiatives across the EU, including carbon capture and storage (CCS), geothermal energy, and hydrogen resource exploration.
This new agreement comes after the successful use of STRYDE’s seismic technology on over 20 projects across Switzerland, France, Italy, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Morocco, and Turkey. These projects demonstrated the superior efficiency, affordability, and data quality delivered by STRYDE’s nimble seismic systems in diverse and challenging environments.
