The Global SDI Association is engaged in a project investigating Coastal/Marine SDI Best Practice. Research on marine information geoportals started in 2014 and several workshops have been conducted on Marine SDI Best Practice. This webinar is the first in a series of this topic that will be held throughout 2017. This first webinar introduces the main Marine SDI concepts, challenges, and identified best practice in various countries.
