Fortum Värme has chosen Digpro’s dpHeating Operator

[Stockholm, Sweden, November 4, 2016.] Digpro, the major innovator in the field of Geographic IT, has been chosen to supply their dpHeating Operator to the Swedish energy company Fortum Värme. dpHeating Operator will support Fortum Värme with registration and handling of outtakes and production disturbances.

Fortum Värme (heating) is a Swedish energy company that produces district heating and cooling, and electricity. Fortum Värme are distributing heating and cooling to some 10.000 customers and through them to the major part of people living and working in the region of Stockholm, Sweden.

Fortum Värme has now chosen Digpro’s dpHeating Operator to support them with registration and handling of outtakes and production disturbances.

The project delivery includes (beside registration functionality):

• Communication of outtake and disturbance information to various stakeholders through e-mail and SMS
• Integration with CRM systems
• A web-based outtake information map for the public
• Reports and thematic maps displaying outtake statistics
