“Carmel is thrilled to have another national high-tech company choose our city to expand its operations in Indiana and the Midwest,” said Mayor Jim Brainard. “We have worked hard to build a thriving, sustainable city with a high quality of life in order to attract business investments from successful companies like Azteca Systems. We look forward to sharing in their future growth.”
Cityworks technology helps communities care for public infrastructure, engage residents, manage growth, and respond to challenges. The Carmel office, which is the company’s first technical support location in the Indianapolis metropolitan area, is uniquely positioned to support Cityworks clients in the eastern U.S. and international locations.
“The City of Carmel and Cityworks share a commitment to building a resilient and safe community with high quality of life,” said Brian Haslam, president and CEO of Cityworks. “This new regional office provides us with an exceptional location to grow the customer service and education opportunities we already offer to our clients around the globe.”
Cityworks continues to see customer expansion in Indiana and surrounding states, and the new office in Carmel will become a hub for customer support and development. In addition to housing technical support staff, the location will support Cityworks training courses, regional user groups, and other client resources.
