Arithmetica reveals 360 imaging and 3D laser modeling tech at Forensics Europe

Arithmetica, the company behind the SphereVision 360 degree video recording systems and Pointfuse laser scan 3D modeling software, will showcase its solutions at Forensics Europe Expo at Olympia, 19-20 April 2016. The portable SphereVision product suite includes high definition cameras for recording 360 degree images and video, as well as software designed to view, share and integrate immersive content. Pointfuse V2, on show for the first time following its launch in the US a week ago, offers a fast, precise and flexible way of converting the vast point cloud datasets generated by laser scanners which are increasingly being used within the forensics sector.

Forensics Europe Expo 2016 is Europe’s only dedicated Forensics Exhibition and Conference. Returning to Olympia, London on the 19-20 April, the event will showcase the latest forensic equipment and services. In addition to the SphereVision recording system, Arithmetica will also preview a suite of SphereVision software designed to view, share and integrate 360 degree imagery and video trails. SphereVision Project Builder allows for the integration of maps, plans and layouts with captured footage. Other types of content rich media, such as photographs, documents, video and audio streams, can also be linked to build a fully interactive and immersive experience.
