Bentley Systems invites you to attend a press luncheon on Wednesday, May 22 during the SPAR 3D Conference.
During the luncheon, Robert Mankowski, vice president, digital cities, Bentley Systems, will give a presentation followed by a question/answer period on Bentley’s infrastructure digital twin technology enabled by an open, connected data environment to support infrastructure inspection, construction monitoring, and city infrastructure resilience. Mankowski will also discuss the following:
- Creating, visualizing, and analyzing infrastructure assets – from planning to performance
- Combining data from continuous surveys, photogrammetry, LiDAR, and sensors
- Gaining new insights by simulating real-world situations, optimizing systems and processes, and monitoring the performance and condition of assets.
Product Demos and 1:1 Media Interviews
Wednesday, May 22 and Thursday, May 23
Bentley Systems’ Booth# 625
Additionally, the following Bentley experts will be onsite to give product demos and to discuss methods for conducting inspections remotely or reaching inaccessible assets with the application of drones and AI-based computer vision, to automate inspection tasks via a digital twin to improve safety and maximize productivity.

Session – Industrial Facilities: 3D Technologies Applied
Thursday, May 23
10:30 a.m.
Room 251B
Jim Yanosick of Eye-bot Aerial Solutions (Bentley Systems’ special recognition award winner for Shell Pennsylvania project) will give a 20-minute presentation titled “Maximize the Use of Drones by Creating a Visual Single Source of Truth Using Reality Modeling” during the Industrial Facilities: 3D Technologies Applied session.
Presentation description:
Learn how to overcome challenges to produce accurate, high resolution digital twins, in the form of high-fidelity 3D reality meshes. Progressively captured 3D reality models create a single source of truth on a geo-located model, greatly reducing the need for on-site visits. 3D reality models allow any user with granted access to visualize the state and position of the project or asset including the ability to measure height, length, area and volume with the touch of a button. Become empowered by gaining intimate knowledge surrounding the current condition of critical assets and ongoing progress of any project around the world.
